Shipping policy

Please allow 2 to 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out and for delivery. Some packages may take longer in transit depending on where the package is being sent. 

Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 2 business days. During this time, our team will carefully prepare and package your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers such as UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Order Status and Tracking

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. To track your order, simply click on the tracking number.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, please contact our customer service team at info@thisisluckydog.com. We will promptly investigate the issue and provide you with an update.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@thisisluckydog.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement order or issue a refund.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. 

Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the order reshipped to an updated address (additional shipping fees may apply) or receive a refund for the order amount.
